Pick-up is available Tuesday - Sunday. We are located in Maitland, FL. The pick-up address will be provided 24 hrs prior to your pick up date on your final order reminder.

Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. It is the responsibility of your clients to inform all their guest of this in case of any allergies they may have.

Be sure to arrive with the air conditioning on at the time of pick up. Especially during warmer months. Place your cake on the floor of the passenger side. Do NOT place cakes on the seat or in anyone’s lap. Once you elect to pick-up and/or set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of your cake once it leaves our care. We will not be held responsible for any damages.

All orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to hold your event date. This fee is due within 2 days of your invoice being sent. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to your scheduled pick up date. Orders $100 or less are due in full at time of booking.

All orders should be placed 2 weeks in advance. Orders placed in less than 2 weeks may be subject to a $50 rush fee. Cakes needed in 24hrs or less will incur a $75 fee in addition to the cake price. Wedding cake orders can be placed 6-12 months in advance or as soon as possible.

At KAKED by Kay we pride ourselves in creating custom cakes and treats that are one of a kind! Meaning, no two orders are the exact same. Due to this reason, our pricing is determined based on size, details and design. Filling out our contact form is the best way to receive a quote on your custom creation!

Of course! Cake tastings are available to anyone who’s interested in sampling some of our most popular flavors. Our tasting boxes are priced at $40 for 4 flavors. We also offer KAKEJars which is another great way to sample our delicious cakes :)

We understand things come up that are sometimes out of our control, we ask that you communicate with our staff if you will be running late for your selected pick up time. Please be mindful  other's have selected times that could run prior or after you, so please be courteous of their time as well as ours. Arriving more than 10 minutes late could result in a late fee of $10.
